New Patients

All new patients require a medical before  being registered within the Practice.   If new patients do not attend, without cancelling this appointment, we will be unable to process their registration with the Practice.

We also have an allocated amount of new patient registrations that we can take in one month.  This is in the interest of patient safety and to maintain access to our registered patients .

A medical is also offered to all patients between 16 and 75 who have not seen a doctor in the past 3 years.    In line with NHS Lanarkshire a form of identification is required when you now join a GP Practice.

Please inform the Practice if you are currently a carer.
